If you no longer have a need to enter and analyze new data for a pinpoint, it might be time to archive the pinpoint.
What does it mean to "archive" a pinpoint? Great question. Here's what it means:
-
The pinpoint is no longer "active."
-
An archived pinpoint is in read-only mode, so you will not be able to make additional changes.
-
Don't worry! You can still access this chart. You can continue to view, analyze, and print archived charts.
Once you are ready to archive a pinpoint, it's super simple.
Steps
- From your Performer's Worksheet, click "Pinpoints."
- Select the Pinpoint you wish to archive.
- Click "Settings."
- Scroll down and click "Archive Pinpoint."
- Click "Confirm."
In Depth
Navigate to the Performer whose chart you wish to archive. From that Performer's Worksheet, click "Pinpoints." Select the Pinpoint you wish to archive.
Now, click "Settings."
From the settings options, scroll to the bottom and click "Archive Pinpoint."
A pop-up will appear, asking you to "Confirm" your decision to archive.
You've done it! Nice work.
