Users with the “Manage Org Reporting Views” permission can create, edit, and delete chart views in the Reporting section. Click here to learn more about user roles and permissions.
To save organization chart views:
- Navigate to the Reporting section to set up filters and configure a report view
- After configuring the report, click Save As or Discard Changes
- In the “Save View” pop-up, enter a View Name.
- Please note, to share this report with other users that have at least the “View Reporting Section” permission, select Share with Organization.
- Users with the “View Reporting Section” permission can see views shared with the organization.
- Users with the “Manage Org Reporting Views” permission can see, create, delete, and share views with the organization.
- Please note, to share this report with other users that have at least the “View Reporting Section” permission, select Share with Organization.
4. Click Save
5. By selecting “Open View”, chart views can be deleted by clicking the trash can icon. To edit the name of the view, click the pencil icon.
6. Users can identify which view is currently applied by looking at the top left of the screen. To remove the applied view, click the “X” next to the view name.
7. If changes are made to the applied view, the option to “Save”, “Save As”, or “Discard” will appear.
- Save: applies changes to the current view name.
- Save As: provides users with a pop-up to create another View Name.
- Discard Changes: reverts the view back to its previous version.
8. The selected view can be exported by clicking Export and choosing the file type, xlsx or csv.
To view saved organization chart views:
- Navigate to the Reporting section and select OPEN VIEW on the upper right-hand side
- In the “Open Saved View” pop-up, there are a list of “My Views” and “Organization Views” to edit or delete. Users can also search for a report in the search bar.
3. Select a view and click Apply to be directed to the report
